Crab Cakes

Our crab cake recipe is a secret recipe that is now 3 generations old.  Marcella Dellis, Michael’s mother, used to make her wonderful crab cakes when Michael was just a small boy.  It was always his goal to have a restaurant one day that would feature his mother’s now famous recipe.
We always make it a point to stop by Michael’s for a crab cake whenever we are in the Baltimore area for business and its always worth the trip.  The best around!! - Happy Customer    

Our crab cakes are made fresh daily with the finest jumbo lump crab meat available.
